Chairman and CEO, Trivenity Corporation
Noli Manalo is an entrepreneur, investor and a seasoned international executive. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NMV Holdings, Inc., a diversified holding company operating internationally.
Noli is as well President and CEO of NMV Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of NMV Holdings. NMV Development is involved in an infrastructure development project in Asia developing a high bandwidth fiber optics cable the Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines-East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA).
Noli is a proud member of the Manitoba Knights, a dedicated group of Angel Investors supporting the programs and initiatives of the Manitoba Technology Accelerator, Manitoba’s only federally and provincially funded incubator.
In 2016 Noli was appointed member of the Board of CentreVenture Development Corporation, a City of Winnipeg agency in charge of plans, development, coordination, and implementation of projects and activities in Winnipeg downtown.
Noli started his career in the Philippines, spanning over 25 years on various capacities as senior executive, working for some of the country’s biggest conglomerates and multinational companies like San Miguel Corporation, San Miguel Purefoods Company, Inc. and Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. San Miguel Corporation is one of the Philippines’ most diversified conglomerates, with operations in beverages, food, packaging, fuel and oil, power, mining and infrastructure.
He has also sat on the board of directors and became an officer of the Philippine Association of Meat Processor’s Inc. (PAMPI), a meat processor’s association controlling over 80% of the Philippines’ processed meat business.
Noli has also been a senior consultant for market development handling the Asia Pacific markets of Lamex Foods, Inc., an international trading company headquartered in the UK operating in 13 countries including major commodities markets like China, USA, Brazil, and Russia.
Together with his wife, Vicky, and his three loving sons, Noli and his family support various cause-oriented organizations. They are a proud supporter of World Vision, Canadian Diabetes Association and the Canadian Police Association. The family likewise supports various Filipino ethnic organizations in varying capacities.
COO and Founder
Cindy Goertzen is founder partner and COO at Trivenity Corporation. Based in Winnipeg, Trivenity offer corporate development and corporate finance services such as market research, strategic planning, growth and business transformation, capital structuring and cash flow management. Trivenity is focused on SME’s companies looking for international markets as well as international companies seeking investment opportunities and partnerships in Canada.
Before founding Trivenity, Cindy was COO at Blueprint Global Partner since its inception in 2012. At Blueprint, Cindy led the firm clients to successful solutions that matched their financial challenges with different private capital instruments.
Cindy managed the International Business Attraction program at Yes! Winnipeg, a leading business development initiative launched by Economic Development Winnipeg, and developed new relationships with expanding firms and Foreign Direct Investment partners in the United States, China, Turkey and Israel. Previously, Cindy had actively contributed to the establishment of the Yes! Winnipeg program as Business Development Manager at the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce where she contributed to secure more than $6m in funds from private companies and public institutions. Cindy’s experience in international business development goes back to her works at TMIC Inc. where she secured several investment projects in Canada from Turkish investors.
Cindy’s professional background includes a solid trajectory in executive search and HR services as Senior Associate at Waterfront Global, consultant at Eximius Personnel and National Account Manager at AppleOne. She is also member of the Board of Director of Futurpreneur, a leading non-proﬁt organization that has led ﬁnance support and mentoring to young business entrepreneurs in Canada during the last two decades.
Cindy volunteers and counsels the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance and the Small Business Summit of Winnipeg and was invited to join the Jury of the 2015 Winnipeg Major’s Volunteer Service Award. She has volunteered with the Health Sciences Centre Foundation, the Children’s Hospital of Winnipeg and Ronald McDonald House Manitoba.
She is Bachelor of Arts in Political Science by the University of Manitoba and a proud member of the Manitoba Francophone community.
Hipolito Jr. Alibin
CFO and Founder
Hipolito is Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer with Trivenity Corporation. His diverse accounting, finance and management experience spans over 15 years, notably including; Government of Manitoba (public sector), Archdiocese of Winnipeg (registered charity) and various SMEs and corporations (private sector).
Hipolito is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA). He holds a Bachelor Commerce (Honours) Degree from Laurentian University and a proud alumnus of Red River College Business Administration Program.
He is an active and passionate advocate for the small-medium business enterprises. He achieves this by collaborating with like-minded community leaders who are dedicated and committed to seeing real results for the community.
Hipolito was a founding board director of the Manitoba Filipino Business Council Inc., which was launched in 2010 and previously held director positions of Treasurer and Vice-President. He was elected to his current role as President in January 2015 and will carry on and fulfill the mandate for a period of 3 years.
His other volunteer roles and affiliations include Economic Development of Winnipeg where JR. belongs to the Board of Directors, The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and the Financial Executives International.
Jose M. Lopez Bueno
Senior Project Manager
Dr. Lopez Bueno has a PhD in Economics and International Relations from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and a M.S. in Advertising Management from the University of Denver. Jose has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, banking and management at private and public corporations. He also teaches Marketing and Project Management at the University of Winnipeg.
